By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Purchase — Backer packages are one-time, limited-availability purchases made to support the development of PATCHED. This is a voluntary contribution in exchange for the listed perks and does not constitute an investment, equity stake, or ownership interest in PATCHED, Mooray Ventures LLC, or any affiliated entity.
2. No Guarantee of Features or Timeline — Perks listed for your Backer tier represent our current intentions and are subject to change. PATCHED makes no guarantee that any specific feature, platform capability, or perk will be delivered by a specific date or in a specific form. Feature requests submitted by Backer Premiere holders are considered for the roadmap but are not guaranteed to be implemented.
3. No Refunds — All Backer purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing this purchase you waive any right to a chargeback or reversal except where required by applicable law.
4. Platform Availability — PATCHED does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. In the event the platform is discontinued, Backer purchases will not be refunded or compensated.
5. Lifetime Membership Scope — “Lifetime membership” refers to the lifetime of the PATCHED platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It entails the holder to Subscriber-tier features for as long as the platform operates under its current subscription model.
6. Non-Transferable — Backer packages and associated perks are non-transferable and tied to a single PATCHED account. They may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned.
7. Badge & Flair Availability — Exclusive badges and flair associated with Backer tiers are cosmetic only and carry no monetary value. PATCHED reserves the right to modify cosmetic items while maintaining their exclusivity to the original tier.
8. Agreement to Platform Terms — This purchase is subject to PATCHED’s full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates to those terms.
